Event staff and crew for Bali and Jakarta

Event staff are booked as teams for a job, not as a gallery of faces. Ushers, registration, guest handling, promoters, brand ambassadors for a stand, and the crew who build and run the floor each have a role. You say how many people, which hours, which language they need to speak to guests, and what they are not asked to do. We keep two or three vetted teams for the published roles and match one to the date. Fees are on request and depend on the brief. A four-hour registration desk is not the same as a full build day.

The groups are front of house, promotion and activation, and operations and crew. Front of house meets guests. Promotion and activation work a stand, a street team or a sampling brief. Operations and crew cover load-in, the floor and load-out. Do not use a host role when you need ushers, and do not use ushers as interpreters. Say the uniform, the call time and who they report to on site.

Both Bali and Jakarta are covered. A villa and a convention hall need different briefing. We never publish a person's phone, email or social accounts. Every enquiry comes to the agency.
